Far better to call things to a halt now than have your project fail later. That said, here are the requirements that we discussed yesterday; Lease area shown on the plans is 110’ x 105’ for a total of 11,550 SF. The lease needs to reflect that area requested. Once you've had an opportunity to review the other stipulations and confirm acceptance, I will have the lease document prepared for signatures. The roof of proposed hangar directs water into the adjacent hangar area which already has a drainage problem.  Add gutters to direct water to the back side of the hangar. Remove the Port-a-port slab prior to placing the new hangar slab. Relocate gravel access drive to outside of the lease area using 14’ wide x 4” deep gravel. Must relocate existing utilities to outside of the lease area using licensed contractors at LSA expense. A licensed contractor, approved by Pickens County Airport Authority must be utilized for the relocation. Once you've had an opportunity to review the impact of the requirements, let us know your decision on moving forward with the project. Please respond via email.
